CuInGaSe2  are most important materials for copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) thin film solar cells production. Small particles CuGa, CuIn, Cu2Se, Ga2Se3, In2Se3, CuInSe2 and CuInGaSe2 can be used to formulate CIGS inks combing with solvent, fluxing agent and disperse agent for large-scale non-vacuum based CIGS thin film solar panels manufacturing, the typical manufacturer is Nanosolar. Bulk copper indium gallium diselenide (CIGS) compounds can be utilized for vacuum based coevaporation of CIGS thin film solar cells.  CuGa, In, CuInSe2, and CuInGaSe2 targetsare widely used to produce CIGS thin film solar cells by RF/DC sputter, e.g.Solar Frontier, MiaSole, Ascent Solar, NuvoSun, NanoWin, and China Hanergy.
